Membership

Annual membership fees defray the cost of park improvements, maintenance, insurance and administration. Registration and fees are good for one year. Once your registration/application is received, we will process it and provide you with a key fob that will open the electronic gate into the dog play area. This fob must be used to gain entry to the park.
Forms may be submitted by mail or email. If you choose to scan and email the signed forms you may bring payment with you to your park orientation.
Step 1. Review park rules
Step 2. Complete and sign the Registration/Application form
Step 3. For each dog, provide copies of:
Annual Fee: $75/year for first dog, $25/year for each additional dog
Step 5. Meet with a CADPA board member who will welcome you to the park with a brief orientation and provide you with your key fob.
Free park trial days and guest passes for out-of-town visitors are available; all rules apply.

- Proof of spay / neuter
- Proof of rabies vaccine
- Proof of Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine
- Proof of current dog license
