- Proof of spay/neuter, current rabies and bordatella (kennel cough) vaccines AND license information for each dog.
- Review and understanding of Park Rules
- Signed Responsibility & Risk Release statement with acknowledgement of Park Rules for each human that will be attending the park with you. 2024_liability_release_form.pdf
Once we have received the above info, we will set up your temporary gate access.
There is no charge for visitor drop-ins, but we always appreciate a donation of any amount to help defray the costs of park operations! Donate to CADPA
