Membership

Thanks for your interest in becoming a CADPA member!

NEW memberships require the following:

a completed application
signed liability waiver
updated vaccination records
payment of annual membership fee (membership fees help defray the cost of park maintenance, improvements, insurance, and administration)

There are 3 ways you can submit your application:

ONLINE: Submit your information, upload required documentation, and submit payment via our online New Member Application
EMAIL: Download your application here. Complete the form and email it along with all required documentation to [email protected]. Payment can be submitted electronically via our donation page (Donate to CADPA - you will need to manually enter the appropriate membership fee) or by check made out to Carlisle Area Dog Parks Association to PO Box 1016, Carlisle, PA 17013.
MAIL: Download your application here. Complete the form and mail it along with all required documentation and a check made out to Carlisle Area Dog Parks Association PO Box 1016, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Once your application is received, a volunteer will be in touch to schedule your park orientation and give you your key fob to get into the park gate. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.

Free park trial days and guest passes for out-of-town visitors are available - all records must be submitted prior to visiting.
