NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION

Thanks for your interest in becoming a CADPA member! Memberships require a completed application, signed liability waiver, updated vaccination records, and membership fee. If you have any questions about membership don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected].

There are three ways you can submit your registration:

ONLINE: Complete the electronic form below and upload all required documentation (current copies of rabies vaccination, bordatella/kennel cough vaccination, dog license). Make your payment online by clicking the button below - you will need to manually enter the appropriate membership fee.

EMAIL: Download your application here. Complete the form and email it along with all required documentation to [email protected]. Make your membership payment online by clicking below - you will need to manually enter your membership fee - or mail a check to CADPA at PO Box 1016, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Once your application is received, a volunteer will be in touch to schedule your park orientation. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.

2024 NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Memberships beginning January 1 - June 30: $75/1st dog, $25/2nd dog, $25/3rd dog
Memberships beginning July 1 - October 31: $40/1st dog, $10/2nd dog, $10/3rd dog
Joining between November 1 and the end of the year? Pay your full membership fee and you’ll be set through the end of the following calendar year!
All memberships will renew in full at the start of the calendar year (January).
