NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION
Thanks for your interest in becoming a CADPA member! Memberships require a completed application, signed liability waiver, updated vaccination records, and membership fee. If you have any questions about membership don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected].
There are three ways you can submit your registration:
*All checks should be made out to CADPA or Carlisle Area Dog Parks Association.
Once your application is received, a volunteer will be in touch to schedule your park orientation. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.

2025 NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES:

- ONLINE: Complete the electronic form below to upload all required documentation (current copies of rabies vaccination, bordatella/kennel cough vaccination, dog license) and submit your payment.
- EMAIL: Download your application here. Complete the form and email it along with all required documentation to [email protected]. Pay New Member Fee Online or mail a check to CADPA at PO Box 1016, Carlisle, PA 17013.
- MAIL: Download your application here. Complete the form and mail it along with all required documentation and a check to CADPA at PO Box 1016, Carlisle, PA 17013.

2025 NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES:
- Memberships beginning January 1 - June 30: $75/1st dog, $25/2nd dog, $25/3rd dog
- Memberships beginning July 1 - October 31: $40/1st dog, $10/2nd dog, $10/3rd dog
- Joining between November 1 and the end of the year? Pay your full membership fee and you’ll be set through the end of the following calendar year!
- All memberships will renew in full at the start of the calendar year (January).
