Dog Park Rules
- The dog park opens at dawn and closes at dusk. No smoking is permitted.
- Only dogs registered with CADPA may enter the fenced area. Each dog must have current and on file with CADPA the following items:
- Dog license as per PA Law or per residence state’s law,
- Current vaccinations for rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough) and proof of spay/neuter
- CADPA-issued key fob or gate key code.

- All humans (friends, family, dog walkers, etc) must have a signed liability waiver on file to enter the fenced areas.
- There is a maximum of 3 dogs per registered adult allowed within the fenced areas.
- Dogs weighing less than 30 pounds must use the Small Dog area and dogs weighing more than 30 pounds must use the Large Dog area.
- For their safety, the following are not allowed within fenced areas:
- children under the age of 12 years
- owners with injuries which would prevent them from handling their dogs
- dogs under 4 months of age
- children under the age of 12 years
- Scoop the Poop! Pick up your dog(s) feces immediately both inside & outside fenced areas. Poop bag dispensers are located throughout each fenced area along the fences.
- Please return any balls you use to the storage area by the gate before you leave the park.
- All dogs 6 months and older must be spayed/neutered unless breeder or veterinarian requires waiting until dog is 12 months old (you must send written proof of this request to be accommodated). Females may not be in park while in heat.
- Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Dogs showing aggressive behavior must be removed immediately, without debate. For everyone’s safety, repeated aggressive behavior will result in dog’s permanent expulsion from the park. Aggression is defined as behaviors that include but may not be limited to:
- Persistent interaction of dog-to-dog with intent to do harm
- Bullying of dogs(s) that escalate
- Singling out one dog and pursuing it with ill intent
- Not backing off when a dog submits
- Dog that intimidates or is aggressive to humans
- All dogs must be leashed when outside fenced areas. Each dog shall have a leash no longer than six feet and have a buckled collar. Corrective collars are not permitted inside the fenced area. Leash(es) should be brought inside the play areas and accessible.
- Pay attention to your dog and your surroundings.
- Watch for running dogs to avoid collisions.
- Be ready to address any play that turns questionable.
- Pull your dog away from the gate as new dogs enter to minimize the risk of incidences.
- Food or treats (human or dog), personal toys, and glass containers are prohibited within fenced areas.
